PURPOSE AND METHODOLOGY COURSE:

 Six Sigma is a process improvement methodology focused on reducing the variability of these processes that can reduce or eliminate defects or errors in the delivery of a product or providing customer service.

The methodology reduces the cost of non-quality and improve organizational efficiency. The goal of Six Sigma is to achieve a maximum of 3.4 defects per million events or opportunities (DPMO), meaning any default event in which a product or service fails to meet customer requirements.

The aim of the course is that participants know this continuous improvement tool and can be applied in the study of the processes in your organization to reduce the variability of processes and thus reduce defects, thereby improving the production system efficiency and competitiveness of your company.
