To all those professionals of the company or of any organization, with personnel in their charge or who may have it in the future, who wish to deepen the art of leadership and learn coaching techniques with the aim of developing their professional career or that of their team, in balance with their family life and achieve the desired objectives in the short, medium and long term.

Onjetivo and methodology of the course

This course introduces the leaders of companies and organizations to leadership and especially to the Coach leader style. The coach leader is a leader who uses coaching skills, techniques and models to bring out the best in his team. The leader-coach places the team in the learning area and makes the team and individuals question their way of working, promoting improvement constantly. Without offering too many guides and tutoring, the leader-coach gets people to improve on their own.

Not only will leadership, leadership styles and the leader’s skills be discussed, but also coaching tools will be transmitted so that each one of the participants in the course will be able to self-evaluate in different aspects of leadership, personal management and professional and promote an action plan for improvement.

The course is carried out online through the Moodle platform of SPG.
