Clinical ISO is the brand of SPG Sistemas y Procesos de Gestión – Certificación, specialized in the certification of organizations in the health and social services sector.
The principles that govern Clinical ISO’s actions are the impartiality, responsibility and confidentiality of our actions, the competence of our personnel, transparency in the access or disclosure of information and the appropriate treatment of our clients’ complaints.
Clinical ISO’s strategy in the certification process is based on auditors helping clients to identify system deficiencies and working together with the client to find ways to improve the effectiveness and sustainability of the system. For Clinical ISO, this is about providing added value and offering a good quality service.
Clinical ISO offers you its certification services according to national and international standards. With this, you will certify and communicate the correct management of your processes and your investment in improvement and efficiency.
Our priority objective is to provide added value to the audits we perform. In this way, organizations use their quality management system effectively.
For this purpose, we have expert personnel in health care, exclusively qualified and trained to develop their work in this sector.
Developing and implementing a Quality System is a safe bet for any organization. It is even more so for healthcare and social organizations, where patients and residents are the direct beneficiaries.
If, in addition, an external entity specialized in the health sector certifies this form of management through a reliable and demanding audit process, it becomes a sign of confidence and security before the Administration, its suppliers, its patients, its residents and the organization’s own personnel.
Staff involvement and motivation is key to the success of any improvement initiative.

The S.P.G certification process consists of two stages:
First, from SPG we analyze the documentation of the quality management system. We also carry out an on-site visit to the client’s facilities. The purpose of this visit is to review the state of the organization and its level of understanding of the standards, as well as to determine the organization’s readiness.
Then, in a second stage, we conduct an audit visit to the organization’s facilities. This visit is based on a detailed program for its correct execution. During the visit, we evaluate the degree of knowledge and implementation in the different areas of the company involved with the activities of the scope and the requirements established in the management system.
